Keyronie Allembert

Keyronie Allembert, known as the VI Honeyman, is a second-generation beekeeper and farmer in St. Croix, specializing in honey and pepper production. Following in his father’s footsteps, he has honed his skills over the past six years, focusing on honey and season peppers (aji dulce). His honey, branded as “Make Move Wild Honey,” is sold in stores across the Virgin Islands and through direct sales. Based in Christiansted, St. Croix, Mr. Allembert plays an active role in the local community, participating in cultural and educational events. He promotes the vital role of bees in food production, encouraging sustainable agriculture. This grant will support investment in additional honey production infrastructure, allowing Allembert to strengthen the foundation of his farm operations, ensuring continued growth and productivity in the years to come.
