School for Food Justice, Faith, and Storytelling

The School for Food Justice, Faith, and Storytelling held its fourth session on March 2, featuring a presentation from RAFI-USA Program Manager Aaron Johnson on corporate consolidation in the food system.

The School for Food Justice, Faith, and Storytelling held its third session on February 16, featuring a presentation on the state of farming, and specifically farmers of color, in the U.S.

The School for Food Justice, Faith, and Storytelling held its second session on February 2, featuring a presentation on the prevalence of food insecurity and food apartheid in the American food system.

The School for Food Justice, Faith, and Storytelling kicked off on January 19 with a session featuring a mini-workshop from author Mark Yaconelli.

On July 15, 2021, Come to the Table hosted the seventh and final session of our 2021 School for Food Justice, Faith, and Storytelling (SFJFS).

On June 24, 2021, Come to the Table hosted the sixth session of our 2021 School for Food Justice, Faith, and Storytelling (SFJFS). Faith leaders from across North Carolina participated in this session, which was held virtually and featured Dr. Ellen Davis, the Amos Ragan Kearns Distinguished Professor of Bible and Practical Theology at Duke Divinity School.

On May 20, 2021, Come to the Table hosted the fifth session of our 2021 School for Food Justice, Faith, and Storytelling (SFJFS).
