Milexa Polanco joined RAFI in 2024, bringing over a decade of experience in farmer services and conservation planning. Milexa is proud to assist farmers in the planning and adoption of climate-smart agricultural practices as RAFI’s Climate Smart Agriculture Technical Assistance Provider.

With experience in nonprofit, for-profit, and cooperative sectors, Kavita probes deeply into the gray areas of justice, equity, and sustainability in agriculture as RAFI’s Land Access Director.

Haillee Mason is celebrating a year as Development Coordinator at RAFI. Creative, community-driven, and a lifelong learner, Haillee’s work to deepen relationships with donors builds on years of experience in fundraising, storytelling, and movement-oriented community building.

Carolina joined RAFI-USA in 2022 and wears several hats, focusing efforts on helping farmers access NRCS conservation funding, supporting the Farmers of Color Network team, and working with farmers in the U.S. Caribbean.
