Danielle Keeter owns and operates Mighty Gnome Market Garden, which has been producing year-round fresh produce in Waynesville, North Carolina, since 2017. The farm specializes in the Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) model, offering members either a farmer-selected or fully customizable subscription experience.

With support from RAFI’s Infrastructure Grant, Mighty Gnome Market Garden plans to purchase a VermiFlow composting bin to establish an on-farm vermicomposting system, enhancing soil health and sustainability.

The farm grows a diverse array of crops, including arugula, basil, beans, beets, broccoli, cabbage, carrots, cherry tomatoes, cilantro, collard greens, eggplant, fennel, garlic, green onions, lettuce, okra, peppers, potatoes, radishes, rainbow chard, salad mix, snap peas, spinach, summer squash, tomatoes, turnips, watermelons, winter squash, and zucchini.
