Acevedo and Santos will use the grant funds to finish the basic structures for the treatment of bamboo and build an area for production of edible bamboo.

Allembert will use this grant to support investment in additional honey production infrastructure.

Thanks to the Caribbean Infrastructure grant, the family will be able to build a new chicken coop with a large fence in their agroforestry area.

Candelaria Soto will use the RAFI’s Caribbean Infrastructure Grant to improve Bikai’s energy infrastructure to boost electrical capacity for safe management of food and seeds.

Thanks to the RAFI grant, Omar hopes to install a roof and rainwater capture system for a multidisciplinary space.

With these funds, Feliciano Alvarado will work to condition the farm so that it can be used for grazing cattle in its entirety.

Thanks to the RAFI grant Feliciano Martinez will be able to purchase processing equipment which will improve the working environment for the team.

With the funds awarded, Somos Espejos intends to work with elders in the community to construct a water tank.
